True Blue 1881, Inc. received a $10,000 donation from the Enterprise Holdings Foundation to provide assistance and resources to the students of the Atlanta University Center and beyond. The donation will enable True Blue 1881, Inc. to create a world where students are free of food, shelter, and economic insecurities.
This donation is part of Enterprise Holdings Foundation’s local ROAD Forward grants (Respect, Opportunity, Achievement, and Diversity). Established in November 2020, the ROAD Forward commitment will donate $55 million over five years to organizations that advance social and racial equity in the communities where it operates.
Combined, the grants total more than $7 million in 2022. This year’s grants bring Enterprise’s total allocation in 2021 and 2022 to approximately $34 million across both local ($14 million) and national ($20 million) nonprofits.
